The Music Center introduces Hope & Grand Events as a new on-campus dining entity

The Music Center today announced a new on-site catering arm, Hope & Grand Events, in conjunction with food and beverage partner Levy. Offering a host of unique indoor and outdoor spaces on the Music Center’s 22-acre campus, including three on-site full-service restaurants, Hope & Grand Events will provide tailored hospitality experiences for a wide range of dining needs. , including personal and corporate events.

With menus crafted by Executive Chef George Peterson, Jr., whose culinary credentials include Executive Chef positions at hotels and entertainment/sports resorts, including Ritz-Carlton properties, Hope & Grand Events will connect communities culturally rich Los Angeles through a variety of food offerings. and welcoming experiences for all. The Music Center’s diverse event spaces include locations in its four theaters – Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Ahmanson Theater and Mark Taper Forum – as well as its outdoor spaces such as the sprawling Jerry Moss Plaza and the Blue Ribbon Garden behind the Concert Hall, as well as restaurants including Ray Garcia, Abernethy’s and Kendall’s Brasserie. Cody Barrera, Sales Manager for Hope & Grand Events, oversees all operations of the catering organization.

Chef Peterson’s menu offers a variety of catering options that can suit any event, from meetings and conferences to galas and weddings and beyond. Its carefully crafted menus feature California-grown ingredients rich in season, including pastries, take-out sandwich lunches, buffets (breakfast, lunch or dinner) with multiple hot and cold stations, meals seated and served dishes, and a chef’s table. Hope & Grand Events offers vegan and vegetarian options as well as halal. Pricing starts at $12/person for hors d’oeuvres with a three-course dinner available for $150/person. Highlights include:
