I’m poking around on Rocky Mountain Tracking, Inc. and their site is easy to use, very informative. They provide a fabulous service for anyone who needs it and can afford it - GPS tracking of vehicles, pets, etc., anything you need to keep track of, they can handle it - even if it’s your teenager.
According to the website The National Highway Safety Administration estimates the number one cause of death between 16 to 20 year olds is automobile accidents, and I’m sure that’s dead on, but keeping that kind of control over your kid doesn’t sit right with me, having been from a super controlling family myself. But, then again, I’ve never had children and can’t say that this is something that isn’t useful, because I’m sure there are many cases in which it’s the only way to go.
Okay, I don’t agree with the idea of tracking a teenager - I just think it’s an invasion of privacy - but GPS pet tracking on my little monster of a cat would help out a lot, considering she likes to sleep in the back of any car with it’s windows rolled down and has had to be brought home by someone who found her there more than once. We’re lucky that people she’s been accidentally cat-napped by have all been familiar with her.
Actually, we had an adorable dog named Honey who was just a pistol and her favorite game was to run away. This would have helped so much in keeping track of her, I wish I’d known about it then!
